David also has a passion for travel writing and shares his in-depth knowledge and practical insights on all aspects of golf travel with readers of magazines and websites around the world.
He has contributed to many books on golf and has written guides to every part of Scotland as well as the Globetrotters Guide to Spain.
Now resident on the Portuguese island of Madeira, Whyte continues to travel and write on golf destinations globally.
David is a member of the judging panel for the annual Scottish Golf Tourism Awards.
